Can we choose our choreographer, or does ViBe choose for us?
You can browse our directory and request a specific choreographer, or you can let us handle the match entirely. Either way, we confirm availability and fit before moving forward.
What’s included in a ViBe booking?
Every booking is all-inclusive and covers pre-visit planning, choreography creation, travel coordination, edited music, digital formations, wrap-up videos, post-visit feedback, and access to our online client portal.
What if we don’t know exactly what style or level we need?
That’s completely okay. Our team will guide you through the process and help clarify what will work best for your dancers and competitive goals.
How far in advance should we book?
We recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak competition seasons. Signature-level choreographers tend to book further out, but we’ll always explore the best available options for your timeline.
